		<description>The Shift is definitely not a tactical book and very much a strategic one.  It is written with the CMO in mind and working with others in the C suite so I&#039;d agree with you there.  Scott Davis is pretty well reknowned and contributor on AdAge in the CMO Strategy column.  If you are into high level marketing strategy I think it is a top notch read...if you are just looking for tactics to implement, new ideas,  etc...please do look at other books.</description>
